Who Knew?

Today I learned something new about Jon:

He does an excellent imitation of the "Mah-Na Mah-Na" guy from that Muppet Show song. Cleaning up the kitchen after dinner was never so much fun .....

Everybody's Going to Want One

I have my very own Jon. I'm the front runner of a trend. Soon everyone will be trying to get on this band wagon.

But you can't. I got him first.

Not only does Jon empty the dishwasher, do laundry, iron, clean the bathroom, pay bills on time, and make a fabulous pot of chili, he can even be talked into coming into work with me to organize the reams of paper piling up in my office.

And all had to to do was agree to marry him and buy him lunch.

Wow.

What a deal.

Yes, Christopher Walken, I will Marry You

Last night Jon and I were watching Superman II (Charlie, our new family member, was sleeping under the rocking chair).

No, Christopher Walken is not in that movie (and more's the pity), but the actor who plays Zod (a.k.a. "the bady guy") bares a slight resemblance, and I mentioned to Jon during the movie that Walken would have been a much better Zod.

Jon then starts quoting Zod's lines from the movies, a la Christopher Walken. I had no idea he did a Walken impersonation, and it made me laugh so hard.

Jon endlessly surprises me with little tricks like that. I absolutely love it.

I also love that he cleans the litter box.
